Dear friends, members and supporters of the Prayer and Word Community, dear guests!

Every person experiences that they are called to live on Earth. Every one of us has a vocation and a mission. Members of the Prayer and Word Community learned through their first members in Davor in 1975 that their vocation and mission was to evangelize and heal the broken-hearted. We are sending the message to the world: „Do not be afraid, do not try hard - God loves you unconditionally!“
Places like Nazareth, Bethlehem, and Jerusalem are the fundamental places of Christianity, which also includes Rome as a place of papacy and center of the Church. The Church is acquainted with pilgrimage places such as birthplaces of saints, places of Our Lady's apparitions and graves of martyrs which people visit.
In 1975, Professor Tomislav Ivancic and a group of students and youth spent 3 weeks in Davor praying, fasting and reading the Holy Scripture. They had the experience of faith. From then onwards by the power of grace of the Holy Spirit, the Prayer and Word Community started with re-evangelization and afterwards hagiotherapy for the whole world. Davor is thus a place where the roots of our vocation are and where we experience enthusiasm to fill our hearts in obedience to the Almighty Creator and to fulfill the expectations of people and the Church.
That is why we would like to invite all of you who feel the connection with the Prayer and Word Community, evangelization and hagiotherapy to gather with us in Davor on September 18, 2010. We will try to directly experience the authentic vocation for every one of us as well as to discover visions and projects God has put in our hearts, and our wishes for the homeland Croatia and the world. 
Davor encourages us not to go small under the stars but to send the world the Good news. We are sure that we are God's favorite ones and that people are waiting on us with yearning to bring them that news just as Jesus from Nazareth did.

In that spirit our encounter in Davor will be an encounter with the first members and their experience, the roots of our Community, evangelization and hagiotherapy, with the power of the Holy Spirit which continuously makes us the people who believed, who know where they are going, what they are living for, who can wipe off the tears of others, take away their lack of purpose and give them joy, who can say to every person that it is wonderful they exist.
To all of you coming to Davor on Saturday, September 18 at 10 a.m., we would like to extend our welcome and express joy, wish you abundance of God's blessing and an encounter with Jesus form Nazareth so that nowadays we could do something wonderful for every person, the Church and the world. Let us remind ourselves about what God has done so far through the power of source opened in our hearts and lives in Davor.
Your attendance and your every word will be an honor to us as well as an incentive for a new strategy to heal the broken-hearted, wipe the tears off and make a person deserving of the heaven and earth by looking into the face of Jesus and His Father.
In the Prayer and Word Community, this year was pronounced the year of God the Father and the Kingdom of Heaven. All our efforts are directed to concentration, listening to and action of the whole Holy Trinity in our work for the Church and the world.
